Description
This course introduces the specialized nature of dealing with industrial, commercial and investment properties. This course is one of the three elective courses of the Brokers Program.
Courses are available either by distrance delivery or in a classroom.

Requirements
If you would like to take the program by distance delivery, you are required to complete and achieve a minimum of 70% on the assignment (one assignment for this course) and exam before writing the Provincial Qualifying Exam (PQE).
If you would like to take the program in a classroom, you are required to complete and achieve a minimum of 70% on the course exam and 75% attendance before writing the PQE.
