Description
This course provides the information required to form objective opinions and provide unbiased estimates of real value. This course is one of the five core courses of the Brokers Program.
Courses are available either by distance delivery or in a classroom.

Requirements
If you would like to take the program by distance delivery, you are required to complete and achieve a minimum of 70% on the assignment (one assignment for this course) and exam before writing the Provincial Qualifying Exam (PQE).
If you would like to take the program in a classroom, you are required to complete and achieve a minimum of 70% on the course exam and 75% attendance before writing the PQE.
