Rural Real Estate
Description
This course provides a basis for understanding the scope of rural real estate, including analysis of land productivity, approaches to determining rural land value, legal considerations and change of use. This course is one of the three elective courses of the Brokers Program.
Courses are available either by distance delivery or in a classroom.

Requirements
If you would like to take the program by distance delivery, you are required to complete and achieve a minimum of 70% on the assignment (one assignment for this course) and exam before writing the Provincial Qualifying Exam (PQE).
If you would like to take the program in a classroom, you are required to complete and achieve a minimum of 70% on the course exam and 75% attendance before writing the PQE.
