Becoming a REALTOR®

REALTORS® are licensed real estate industry members who agree to uphold a common Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Practice and are subject to the Canadian Real Estate Association's rules and regulations.  REALTORS® are members of local real estate boards or associations, the Alberta Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association.  Only members can rightfully call themselves REALTORS®.

Most real estate industry members in Alberta choose to become REALTORS®.
