The Alberta Real Estate Association (“AREA”) operates this website (“Site”) to provide online access to the public to information about the real estate industry and to members about the services AREA provides. Use of the Alberta Real Estate Association’s website is subject to the following terms and conditions.

You may use this website and the information, writings, images and/or other works that you see, hear or otherwise experience on the Site (singly or collectively, the “Content”) solely for your non-commercial, personal purposes, unless otherwise indicated on the Site material. AREA reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in all Content.
